Personal Training with Tom.

 

Your first session with Tom will include a free health assessment and consultation, where Tom will assess your needs and goals to allow him to design a program specifically for you.

After that Tom will set you targets and give you homework to do outside of the sessions with him. He will design you a diet plan as well as a workout routine to follow. Personal Training with Tom is not about just being told what to do, it is about learning how to change your lifestyle longterm.

Locations

Gym Based Sessions

Tom can offer Personal Training sessions at Halton Health and Fitness Club which is situated just outside the town of Wendover in Buckinghamshire.

Home Personal Training

If the gym environment doesn't suit you, Tom can offer you Personal Training in the comfort of your own home.

Whether you have a plush home gym or simply just a yoga mat, Tom will design the sessions to suit you and the facilities available. Tom can also provide equipment for the sessions as well.

Prices

30 Minute Sessions (Gym Only)

 

- Single session - £30

- Block of 10 sessions - £250

 

60 Minute Sessions

- Single Session - £50

- Block of 10 sessions - £450

Joint Sessions available upon request.
